Great Southern Edge 2021

We were chuffed to host the Esperance leg of the Taste Great Southern festival with our SOLD OUT Great Southern Edge event.
Our guests were treated to a five-course degustation showcasing the best produce the region has to offer. Each course was paired with perfect wine and drinks, served up accompanied by sweet live tunes on the edge of Esperance Bay.

The 2021 event featured chefs Chris Howard from The Humble Onion and Gurps Bagga from Sauma working alongside local TSQ chefs Dean Wood and Ashleigh Winfield. We felt so lucky to be included in this culinary adventure. It was truly an unforgettable evening.
